Today, I'll try to complete all my schedule..
wake up early in the morning at 5.00 am... solat n basuh baju...
pi jogging, stamina dah xkuat lutut sakit2,baru 2 round dah panas..baru jam 6.45am..jadi,kene turun jam 6am la camtu. kene turun awal sikit n xmalas2
hopefully, this day is better than yesterday.will update more this night...just titbits for lunch..hahah...
having lunch with, potato bread, maggi kari and Indocafe..
